Our Mission

The Institute of Pastoral and Ministerial Training is an educational arm of the Parousia Movement, established to equip pastors, ministers, and church leaders with the spiritual, theological, and practical tools needed to lead effectively in these end times. Our mission is to raise biblically grounded, Spirit-filled leaders who can faithfully shepherd God’s people and advance the Gospel with excellence.

What We Do

The Institute provides structured training programs, leadership development courses, and mentorship opportunities tailored for those called to pastoral and ministerial service. Through workshops, seminars, and in-depth biblical studies, we prepare leaders to serve with integrity, wisdom, and power. Our focus is on spiritual formation, sound doctrine, and practical ministry skills for today’s Church.
